Abstract

The invention discloses an air pressure engine, comprising an air compressor, an air cylinder, a convex plate crank mechanism, a main shaft and an engine body. The front part and the back part of the engine body are fixed respectively with a front end cover and a back end cover, the front end cover is connected fixedly with a sun gear, and two ends of the main shaft are arranged respectively on the front end cover and the back end cover, which are supported by a bearing. The main shaft is provided with a flywheel disc, on which a plurality of convex plate crank mechanisms are uniformly arranged; a convex plate in the mechanism is connected with the flywheel disc through a convex plate shaft; two ends of a large crank are connected respectively with the convex plate and one end of a small crank through a crank shaft; the other end of the small crank is connected with a planetary gear shaft; the planetary gear shaft is arranged on the flywheel disc through the bearing; and the planetary gear shaft is meshed with the sun gear. A plurality of corresponding cylinders are arranged on the engine body, and an end head of a piston rod is contacted with the convex plate. The air compressor is connected with the engine body, which supplies compressed air to the air cylinder through an air storage tank, the convex plate is pushed by the air cylinder to drive the large crank and the small crank to operate, and the flywheel disc is shook to rotate and drive the main shaft to rotate. The air pressure engine has the advantages of simple structure, energy economization and environmental protection, and becomes cleaning force instead of a combustion engine.
空气压力发动机,包括空气压缩机、气缸、凸板曲柄机构、主轴、机体。机体前后分别固有前端盖和后端盖,前端盖固接一个恒星齿轮,主轴两端分别穿装在前端盖和后端盖上,并以轴承支撑。主轴上装有飞轮盘,飞轮盘上均布多个凸板曲柄机构,该机构其中凸板通过凸板轴连接在飞轮盘上,大曲柄的两端分别通过曲柄轴连接凸板和小曲柄的一端,小曲柄的另一端连接行星齿轮轴,行星齿轮轴通过轴承安装在飞轮盘上,行星齿轮轴与恒星齿轮啮合。相对应多个气缸装在机体上,其活塞杆端头与凸板接触。空气压缩机连接在机体上,通过储气罐向气缸供压缩空气,气缸推动凸板带动大小曲柄运行,摇动飞轮盘旋转带动主轴转动。本发明结构简单,节能环保,可替代内燃机成为清洁动力。
