Abstract

The invention provides a production process of hydrogen bio-production, which comprises the following steps that firstly, two kinds of cyanobacterias are selected to be manufactured into mixed bacteria with two kinds of bacteria, the mixed bacteria are put into medium to be cultured, and then was prepared into liquid strain to be reserved ; secondly, the cooperation ratio of fermentative material is calculated according to weight percentage, namely, edible fungi waste residue and bagasse occupy 30 to 35 percents ( formulated according to weight part 2 to 1), herb residues and oil cake occupy 30 to 35 percent (formulated according to weight part 1 to 1), peat or lignitic coal occupies 20 to 30, at least one of livestock and poultry manure, cassava dregs, small candlenut mark occupy 15 to 20, and the pH value is regulated to 6.0 to 6.4 after the fermentative material being evenly mixed; thirdly, liquid strain in the step one is evenly sprayed in the fermentative material in the step two, then the fermentative material are sealed to ferment, gas is collected after 8 days, and was finished at 30 to 35 days. The process is simple, the stability is strong, the hydrogen production amount is large, the gas content is simple, the gas is easy to be segregated, and waste is used, the invention is environmentally friendly, and fermentative waste can be used as organic fertilizer.
本发明提供一种生物产氢的生产工艺,其步骤包括1)选取蓝藻菌中的二种与细菌中的二种制成混合菌种,放入培养基中培养,再配制成菌种液备用;2)发酵物料的配合比例按重量%计是食用菌废渣与甘蔗渣(按重量份2∶1配比)30~35,中药渣与油枯(按重量份1∶1配比)30~35,草煤或褐煤20~30,畜禽粪、木薯渣、小桐果渣中的至少一种15~20,混合均匀后调节pH值为6.0~6.4;3)将步骤1)的菌种液均匀喷散在步骤2)的发酵物料中,密闭发酵,8后开始收集气体,30~35天结束。该工艺简单,稳定性好,产氢量大,气体成分简单,易分离,且利用废料,有利环保,发酵废料可用作有机肥。
