Rail plate technique for resolving rail bridge connection of crossbeam seam section

Abstract

A technology used for solving to connect a track bridge with a track plate of a large beam crevice section relates to the unballasted track engineering filed of railway, in particular to the design technology of the unballasted track plate at the location of the large beam crevice. The bottom part of the bridge-connected track plate is provided with four plate type rubber support saddles; the end part of the bridge-connected track plate adopts a convex structure; a common track plate connected with the bridge-connected track plate is designed into a concave structure; the two structures are mutually engaged; the two sides at the convex end of the bridge-connected track plate are provided with transverse limiting support saddles (B); the limiting support saddles (B) adopt polyfluortetraethylene rails tie plates with higher rigidness; a dilatation joint is reserved between the end of the bridge-connected track plate and the end of the common track plate; the positions at the two sides of the bridge-connected track plate are provided with longitudinal limiting support saddles(C). The thickness of the track plate can be confirmed according to the actual requirement on height of the track structure of the engineering; then the track plate is designed into a common reinforced concrete plate structure or a prestressed reinforced concrete plate structure( when requiring a larger span) according to the structure calculation and relevant track design requirements.
用于解决大梁缝地段的轨道桥接轨道板技术,它涉及的是铁路无砟轨道工程领域,具体涉及的是桥上大梁缝处无砟轨道轨道板设计技术。桥接轨道板底部安装四个板式橡胶支座,桥接轨道板端部采用凸型结构,与其相接的普通轨道板设计成凹型结构,两者相互咬合,在桥接轨道板凸出端两侧安装横向限位支座(B),限位支座(B)上采用刚度较高的聚四氟乙烯垫板,在桥接轨道板端与普通轨道板端留有伸缩缝,而且在桥接板端部两侧位置安装纵向限位支座(C)。轨道板的厚度可依据项目实际轨道结构高度的要求确定,然后根据结构计算和轨道相关设计要求将轨道板设计成普通钢筋混凝土板结构或预应力钢筋混凝土结构(当要求跨度较大时)。
