Abstract

本发明涉及一种硅钢高温退火环形加热炉中找正锁紧孔与锁紧导杆的同心度的方法。利用测量针精确找正孔与杆的同心度的方法,其特征在于它包括如下步骤:1)测量针的准备:测量针(5)由针柱体(6)和针锥体(7)两部分组成,针锥体(7)的中心轴线与针柱体(6)的中心轴线重合;针柱体(6)与锁紧孔(2)的间隙配合参数和锁紧杆与锁紧孔的间隙配合参数相同;2)将测量针(5)的针柱体(6)插入锁紧孔(2)中;将锁紧导杆在锁紧导杆传动系统的作用下直接运行到测量针(5)的针锥体(7)的顶点前,将锁紧导杆的中心点对着针锥体(7)的顶点,锁紧孔与锁紧杆的同心度就找正了;3)从锁紧孔中退出测量针。该方法找正精确度高、方法简单,避免碰撞刮伤锁紧导杆及锁紧孔。
The invention relates to a method for aligning the concentricity of a locking hole and a locking guide rod in a silicon steel high-temperature annealing ring-shaped heating furnace. The method for precisely aligning the concentricity of the hole and the rod by a measuring needle is characterized in that the method comprises the steps as follows: 1) the preparation of a measuring needle: the measuring needle (5) consists of two parts: a needle cylinder (6) and a needle cone (7); the central axis line of the needle cone (7) is coincident to the central axis line of the needle cylinder (6); the needle cylinder (6) and the locking hole (2) have the same clearance fit parameters with the locking rod and the locking hole; 2) the needle cylinder (6) of the measuring needle (5) is inserted into the locking hole (2); the locking guide rod is run directly to the frontage of the vertex of the needle cone (7) of the measuring needle (5) under the action of a locking guide rod transmission system; the central point of the locking guide rod is aimed at the vertex of the needle cone (7), and the concentricity of the locking hole and the locking rod is aligned; 3) the measuring needle is withdrawn from the locking hole. The method for aligning the concentricity of the locking hole and the locking guide rod in the silicon steel high-temperature annealing ring-shaped heating furnace has high alignment precision, is simple and avoids the bumping and scraping of the locking guide rod and the locking hole.
