Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional powder component and a polymer structure thereof. The invention solves the problem that the prior concrete structure has a large number of hole clearances and is easy to form wall caner. The powder component comprises powder containing phenolic resin and paddy powder; the powder containing phenolic resin can be made from a waste circuit board with the parts on the surface removed and the heavy metal substances isolated after the waste circuit board is cut and crushed; then, the powder containing phenolic resin is evenly mixed with the paddy powder according to a predetermined mixture ratio so as to form the multifunctional powder. Because the powder containing phenolic resin is extra fine and non-hydrophilic, the multifunctional powder component has the advantages of mildew resistance and acid and alkaline resistance, tightness and high intensity, moisture retention and slushing, catalyzing expansion and environmental protection, etc.; the paddy powder ensures that the multifunctional powder component has the advantages of heat insulation, heat preservation and bridging action, etc.; therefore, the invention can be widely used in an architectural engineering structure.
本发明公开了一种多效能粉料组成物及其聚合体结构,解决了传统混凝土结构具有相当多的孔洞间隙,容易形成壁癌的问题。所述粉料组成物包括含有酚醛树脂的粉末以及稻谷粉末,该含有酚醛树脂的粉末可利用废弃电路板在去除其表面零件后,经切割、搅碎手段再将所含重金属物质析离制成;然后将该含有酚醛树脂的粉末与稻谷粉末以预定的配比加以混合均匀,即组合成所述多效能粉料本发明多效能粉料,利用该含有酚醛树脂的粉末极细微和不亲水特性,达到具备抗霉耐酸碱、密实强化、保湿减水、催化膨胀及环保等优点;利用所述稻谷粉末达到隔热、保温、具架桥作用等优点,本发明可广泛应用于建筑工程结构上。
