Abstract

本发明公开了一种废油的处理方法,对含有物理污染物的废油进行处理以重新获得物理污染物含量低的再生油。对着孔径为0.01μm~1μm的多孔微过滤膜片的外表面,在驱动压力下引导一股废油流。将废油流分离成位于过滤膜外侧的滞留物,以及位于过滤膜内侧的再生油。对滞留物进行离心,将富集污染物的组分从废油浓缩物中分离出来。用溶剂对废油浓缩物进行稀释,形成一种40℃下的粘度为50cSt~90cSt的油溶液。对着孔径为0.01μm~1μm的振动微过滤膜片的外表面,在驱动压力下引导一股油溶液流,并从过滤膜的内侧提取出渗透溶液,然后将渗透溶液中的溶剂蒸发出来,形成再生油和溶剂蒸汽。
The invention discloses a waste oil treatment method which carries out treatment on the waste oil containing physical pollutants to recover the reclaimed oil with low content of physical pollutants. A blast of waste oil flow is induced under a drive pressure opposite the outer surface of a porous micro filtration membrane with an aperture of 0.01 Mu m to 1Mu m. The waste oil flow is separated into a retentate positioned at the outer side of the filtration membrane and into the reclaimed oil positioned at the inner side of the filtration membrane. The retentate is centrifugalized to separate the components rich of pollutants from the condensate of the waste oil; the condensate of the waste oil is diluted by a solvent to form an oil solution with a viscosity of 50cSt to 90cSt under 40 DEG C. A blast of waste oil flow is induced under a drive pressure opposite the outer surface of a vibrating micro filtration membrane with an aperture of 0.01 Mu m to 1Mu m and an osmotic solution is extracted from the inner side of the filtration membrane; then the solvent in the osmotic solution is evaporated out to form the reclaimed oil and the solvent steam.
