Preparation method of high-purity indium triiodide

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of high purity indium triiodide, which belongs to the technology field of rare metal fine chemical industry. The preparation method includes using the pure metal indium with the purity of 99.99-99.999% and the analytical reagent iodine as the material, adopting a manner of microwave heating and gradually heating up, ranging the temperature from 20 DEG C to 250 DEG C and obtaining the yellow high purity indium triiodide product in three steps including pre-heating, synthesizing and sublimation purificating in a controllable time within 60min. The preparation of the indium triiodide by adopting microwave heating, direct synthesizing and sublimation purificating is based on the characteristics of remarkable microwave absorption, therefore the required time is as short as one tenth of the conventional method, the production rate of the prepared indium triiodide is more than 97% and the purity is 99%-99.999%.
本发明涉及一种高纯三碘化铟的制备方法,属于稀有金属精细化工技术领域。以99.99-99.999%的纯金属铟和分析纯碘为原料,采用微波加热逐步升温法,在温度为20-250℃的范围内,控制时间在60min内进行预热、合成、升华纯化三阶段制得黄色、高纯的三碘化铟产品。采用微波加热直接合成、升华纯化制备三碘化铟是基于其能显著吸收微波这一特性。因此所须时间短,能耗仅为常规方法的1/10,制备出的三碘化铟产率大于97%,纯度为99%-99.999%。
